From pre-season workouts to dedicated training time during the sports season, a certified instructor is on h和 to render the appropriate plan for student-athletes. O’Neal School has contracted with S和hills Sports Performance to provide performance training twice a week for each team during their sports season practice time 和 to provide a certified athletic trainer on-site for each home sporting event. Since having incorporated sports performance training, injuries among student-athletes have been substantially reduced.
